Balasore: Two bikers were killed in a road accident near Talanagar village on National Highway-16 in Soro of the district today.
According to reports, the road mishap took place when the bikers who were going on a motorcycle, which had a registration number of OD-22-L-7817, hit a truck (OR-01-M-7271) from behind. The bikers, whose identities were not known immediately, died on the spot.
The truck was left stranded on the roadside since Thursday night after it developed a technical problem.
Police have started an investigation into the matter. Besides, efforts are on to establish the identities of deceased youths.
