Bhubaneswar: As many as two armed miscreants have been arrested by Commissionerate Police for attacking shopkeepers in the Mancheswar area of Bhubaneswar on Monday.
One of the arrested miscreants has been identified as Rakesh Ranjan Mohanty.
Reportedly, Commissionerate Police have destroyed around 10 shops in the Mancheswar area and attacked five shopkeepers with sharped weapons.
It has also been alleged that the miscreants have used abusive language during this incident. The whole incident has been captured on the CCTV installed in the area.
The cops have seized one car, one iron rod, and a mobile phone from their possession.
Notably, there are multiple cases filed against Rakesh Ranjan Mohanty in various police stations under Commissionerate Police.
