11 Covid patients recover in Odisha on April 17

Bhubaneswar: As many as 11 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on April 17. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,78,652.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Sambalpur district followed by Bolangir and Cuttack districts.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

4 from Sambalpur

2 from Bolangir

1 from Cuttack

1 from Gajapati

1 from Ganjam

1 from Bargarh

1 from State Pool

Odisha on Sunday reported only 10 new Covid cases, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,922.

Reportedly, among the 10 positives, seven patients are in quarantine, and three are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 105.
