Bhubaneswar: Odisha sees one Covid-19 death, informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department on Monday taking the death toll to 8,423.
Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19, after due completion of the death audit process:
1. A 68 years old male of Puri District who was also suffering from Chronic Kidney Disease, Benign prostatic hyperplasia.
The department also said that this list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19.
Earlier on Sunday, the State also reported two Covid deaths including a 65 years old Female of Cuttack and a 46 years old Female of Khordha.
