Pakistan has organized a few bilateral series in the past few years to win the confidence of the International Cricket Council (ICC). Before the Champions Trophy, Pakistan renovated its stadiums so that it could offer world-class facilities. The renovated Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium was even opened by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif last week.
