Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma seek divine blessings at Ayodhya's revered Hanuman Garhi temple in a heartwarming spiritual visit.
The power couple of Indian cricket, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, have once again taken the headlines with their spiritual travels. This time they traveled to Ayodhya three days ago to seek blessings at the famous Shree Hanuman Garhi temple. Footage of their visit was posted online and went viral showing Anushka looking gorgeous in a light pink ethnic attire and Virat looking handsome in a beige kurta-pajama combo. Both of them were in traditional white saropas around their necks, and Anushka was also wearing a delicate floral garland.
This was not their first spiritual trip in 2023. Just a few days ago they traveled to Vrindavan for a special discussion with Premanand Ji Maharaj at his Ashram. In the video, when Maharaj Ji greeted them both with respect and inquired about them, Virat responded that he was well, after which Maharaj Ji advised Virat Kohli to pay attention to his health. This was their second visit as a family to Vrindavan, after they first visited a few months ago in January with their children, Vamika and Akaay.
The couple’s spiritual journeys are well known, and they have documented their travels to various holy places online; their visits to Ayodhya and Vrindavan certainly got a lot of clicks. Virat Kohli announced his retirement from Test cricket on May 12, and is presently playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League. Anushka Sharma, on the other hand, was last seen in a cameo role in the 2022 film Qala.
