Team India sings Vande Mataram with crowd at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Viral video will give you Goosebumps

Team India celebrated their ICC T20 World Cup 2024 victory with cricket fans in Mumbai yesterday (June 4th). The team conducted a victory parade on Marine Drive and later celebrated the iconic victory with fans at the Wankhede Stadium. During the celebration, Team India was seen singing AR Rahman’s Vande Mataram along with the cricket fans at the stadium. The video of it is now going viral over the internet and has been giving goosebumps to the netizens.

The video has been shared by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on its official social media handles. In the video, all the team members including Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya can be seen singing Vande Mataram with the entire Wankhede crowd.

After the Blue team arrived in Delhi yesterday morning, they first went to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and had breakfast with him. After that, the team departed for Mumbai. In Mumbai, the team held a victory parade at the Marine Drive, where thousands of cricket fans were waiting to welcome the world champions.

Reacting to the video shared by BCCI, one fan wrote, “Hats off to Hardik Pandya bowled final over and he bowled brilliantly.” Another fan tweeted, “Amazing celebration video. Indian fans are at the next level.”

A third person commented, “This video made my day, night, week, month, year, janam and next 6 janams.” Another user wrote, “Cricket is our religion and these are our Demigods!! This victory lap is like the homecoming of Ram, bringing the WC trophy after 17 years of Vanwaas!!”
