Rafael Nadal announces retirement from professional Tennis

New Delhi: Famous tennis icon Rafael Nadal has announced his retirement from professional Tennis, said reliable reports on Thursday. “Many thanks to all,” he wrote.

It is worth mentioning that, the Spanish tennis sensation has won as many as 22 Grand Slam titles. The Spanish legend shared a heartfelt video on his retirement on social media.

This famous sportsperson has as many as 14 titles in the French Open.

Nadal was known to be a very kind hearted person. Nadal could be seen trying to keep his emotions in check as he sat alongside Federer after their loss in the doubles to the American pair in the year 2022. They slugged it out a further 39 times over the years, competing against each other in 24 finals.
