Rohtak: Teen tennis star Avipsha Dehury has brought laurels to Odisha by winning the double crown at the AITA CS7 Tennis Tournament conducted by Hawk Tennis Academy in Rohtak, Haryana. She became champion in both singles and doubles categories of the tournament.
In the finals of the U-12 singles she beat Aahana Choudhary of Delhi 7-5, 6-2 and in the doubles she partnered with Havisha Choudhary of Rajasthan, and beat Aura Mallick and Abhigya Pal (both from Delhi) in 6-1,6-2 sets.
Avipsha is a student of KIIT international school and has been consistently improving mentioned by her coach Farhan Ali.
She has been training under the Farhan Ali only for a year and has moved up 350 Rank to the top 30 in the country. She has a bright future it seems in the coming years mentioned by her coach Farhan Ali.
