KL Rahul Ruled out of South Africa T20 series due to injury, Rishab Pant to lead the team
New Delhi: KL Rahul has been ruled out from upcoming India vs South Africa T20I series due to Injury. KL was expected to lead the series. However, as he is out of the team due to injury, wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant will captain the Indian team.
Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya has been named as vice-captain for the series against South Africa, declared the All-India Senior Selection Committee of BCCI.
KL Rahul has been ruled out of the T20I series against South Africa owing to a right groin injury while Kuldeep Yadav will miss out in the T20I series after getting hit on his right hand while batting in the nets last evening.

Another player who will be missing the series is Kuldeep Yadav. Kuldeep Yadav received a hit on his right hand while batting on the nets yesterday, tweeted BCCI.
Similarly, KL Rahul suffered a groin injury and had to be dropped from the team.
