Indian Women’s Team Bags Gold In 10m Air Pistol Event In ISSF Shooting World Cup

New Delhi: The Indian women’s team bagged the gold medal in the ISSF Shooting World Cup 2021 and clinched gold in the women’s 10m Air Pistol Team event at the tournament in New Delhi on Sunday.

The trio Yashaswini Singh Deswal, Manu Bhaker and Shri Nivetha won the gold medal in the women’s team 10m air pistol event by beating their Polish opponents

Earlier, India’s Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, Deepak Kumar and Pankaj Kumar combined to win the silver medal in the men’s team air rifle event.

A total of 294 shooters from as many as 53 countries, including Korea, Singapore, USA, United Kingdom, Iran, Ukraine, France, Hungary, Italy, Thailand and Turkey, are participating in the tournament.
