Sydney: Indian cricket team is currently at cloud nine after their historic victory over Australia in Sydney. A 2-1 series win in Australia after follow-on on 4th test was something every Indian cricket fanatic would never forget.

It is important to note here that incessant rains stopped play on most of the 4th day and whole of last day. A 3-1 win would have been cherry on the cake, but a 2-1 win is also great.

Bharat Army is the Team India’s self-asserted No. 1 fans. They are known to support the Indian team no matter where they are playing. The Army is known to be loud and unabashed in showing their support.

The Army welcomes the team in their own grand yet raucous manner. Popular song ‘Ye mera dil pyaar ka deewana’ was modified to:

“Yeh mera dil jeet ka deewana

Aata hai humko Aus ko harana

Yeh mera dil jeet ka deewana”

Watch the video here:

The Indian team joined in the fun, with Pandya starting to dance. Amongst loud drum beats and conch shell the dance fest begun. India and Sachin Tendulkar’s favourite fan Sudheer Choudhary was seen in his effervescent manner with his conch shell and a giant Indian tricolour.

The song session moved to “Mere desh ki dharti” and Virat Kohli and co could be seen joining the chorus.

Ravi Sashtri, Ishant Sharma, Kohli, Rishabh Pant and others were seen shaking a leg.

The team signed a Team shirt for the Bharat Army. After celebrations the team left but not without Kohli’s face getting smeared with cake.

Here’s hoping the team has many more such wins and many more such celebrations.
