Bhubaneswar: The All India Inter-University Sports Championship-2017 will begin in KIIT University tomorrow.
More than 3500 students from 274 Universities across the country are scheduled to take part in 7 categories of 5 events during the four-day sports meet.
The 5 events for both men and women, include Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton and Yoga.
KIIT University is the first University of the state to organize the All India Inter-University Yoga competition for both women and men category.
Meanwhile, the University authorities have made all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the sporting event and comfortable stay of the players and officials.
The championship will conclude on October 4.
