Google Search Shows Anushka Sharma As Rashid Khan’s Wife, Know Why

Mumbai: In a strange incident, Search engine giant Google now shows famous Bollywood star and Virat Kohli’s wife Anushka Sharma as Afghan cricketer Rashid Khan’s wife. This result has made many fans confused.

It is actually true that if you search for Rashid Khan’s wife on Google, Anushka Sharma’s name will appear, followed by a short bio of Rashid Khan’s achievements and the teams he has played for. In the section wife/spouse, it shows Anushka Sharma. As for the wedding date column it shows the marraige date of Virat and Anushka that is December 11, 2017.

So, why does Anushka’s name appear if you look for Rashid Khan’s wife on Google search?.Here is the reason.

The reason seems to be coming from a fan intraction session of Rashid Khan in 2018 when he chatted with his fans on Instagram. In that session, one of the questions asked by fans was who was his favorite Bollywood actresses? In response to the question, he replied Anushka Sharma and Priety Zinta. This led to Google showing Anushka Sharma as Rashid Khan’s wife.

The truth is Rashid Khan is not even married and when asked about his marriage, he replied that he will get married once Afghanistan wins the cricket World Cup.
