Dutee Chand wins Gold at Indian Grand Prix

Ace sprinter and Rio Olympian Dutee Chand from Odisha added another feather to her cap by winning the gold medal in 100m event at the Indian Grand Prix Athletics championship in New Delhi yesterday.

Dutee clocked 11:30 seconds to cross the finishing line, but missed the World Championship entry standard of 11.26 seconds.

Earlier in April, Dutee had won Silver medal in 100m sprint at the Asian Grand Prix held in Chinese Taipei with 11.52 seconds.
