This was world No. 1 Chandela’s second ISSF World Cup gold this year, having beaten a quality field in New Delhi earlier with a world record score of 252.9 points.

Chandela has already earned a quota for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, along with Anjum Moudgil, during the World Championships in Changwon last year with a fourth-place finish. A country can earn only two quota places for one event.
