Adelaide Test: India set a target of 323, Australia reduced to 104/4 by end of Day 4

On Day 4 Adelaide Oval test match between India and Australia; India had given a target of 323 to Australia. The hosts collapsed under Indian bowling attack to 104/4 by end of the day.

India was 260/5 in their second innings by lunch. The team was all out for 307.

Risabh Pant and Ajinkye Rahane led the batting attack today, scoring 28 and 70 respectively. R. Ashwin scored 5 while Ishant Sharma, Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah failed to make any runs. Bumrah stayed not out.

Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon took 2 wickets each.

Ashwin dismissed Finch and Khawaja while Shami got rid of Marcus Harris and Peter Handscomb. Even though Bumrah didn’t take any wickets, he did give trouble to Aussies with his bowling. He had the best economy with 1.54.

TO WIN: Australia needs 219 more runs, India need 6 wickets to win.
