Adelaide Test : India lead by 166 runs with 7 wickets remaining at stumps on Day 3

Adelaide:  India were 151 for 3 in their second innings at the end of the third day of the first Test against Australia at the Adelaide today.

The visiting team is now leading by 166 runs with 7 wickets remaining in hand. Cheteswar Pujara (40*) and Ajinkya Rahane (1 *) were at the crease when stumps were drawn.

K L Rahul made 44 runs while skipper Virat Kohli and Murali Vijay scored 34 and 18 respectively.

Earlier, the Kangaroo team was bundled out for 235 in their first innings in the rain-affected day.

For India, JJ Bumrah and R Ashwin took three wickets each while Mohammed Shami and Ishant Sharma shared two wickets each.
