Post Office Recruitment 2022: Fresh notification issued for Group C posts, Check salary and other details

Department of Posts, Ministry of Communication, Mumbai, Maharashtra has invited application for the recruitment of various Skilled Artisans under General Service Group C Non-Gaztteted, Non-Minitrial Posts at indiapost.gov.in. Interested and eligible Indian citizens can apply for the posts by offline mode. The last date of receipt of application is 9th May 2022 upto 5 PM.

A total of 9 vacancies will be filled for Mechanic, Electrician, Tyreman, Blacksmith with the recruitment process.

Scale of pay for Skillled Artisans:  Rs 19,900 – Level-2 in the pay matrix as per 7^th CPC.

Eligibility Criteria For Post office Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification

A certificate in the respective trade from any Technical Institution recognized by the government or 8th class passed with experience in one-year in respective trade. Candidates who are applying for the post of Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) should possess a valid driving license to drive heavy vehicles

Age Limit

18 to 30 years as on 01.07.2022. Age relaxation is available for reserved category candidates.

Selection Process for Post office Recruitment 2022

The selection will be made from, amongst the candidates possessing the requisite qualifications and valid driving license (only for Mechanic (MV) by means of Competitive Trade Test.
