PGCIL recruitment 2025: The Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has invited applications for recruitment of 1543 posts with salary of upto Rs. 8.9 lakh. The recruitment drive is for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Supervisor positions.

Selection Process:
Applicants for the positions at POWER GRID Corporation of India Limited will be selected based on the following examinations. A list of selected candidates will be published on the organization’s official website. Those who are shortlisted will need to undergo document verification and a medical examination before they can join PGCIL.

Educational Qualification:
- Candidate must have completed diploma from the recognized Institute/ University.
- The final-year students who expect their results can also apply for the recruitment.
Age Requirements:

- There is relaxation for reserved category candidates.

Salary of The posts:
- Field Engineers will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs. 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs. 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA+ Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay with an annual CTC of Rs. 8.9 Lakhs approx.
- Field Supervisors will be paid monthly remuneration in the pay band of Rs. 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs. 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA+ Perks @35% of Basic Pay with an annual CTC of Rs. 6.8 Lakhs approx.
