North Western Railway (NWR) has invited eligible job seekers to apply for 898 apprentice vacancies. The Registration process has started today.

North Western Railway (NWR) has released the new notification for the recruitment of 898 apprentice. The registration process has commenced from today. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the vacancies from October 3, 2025 till the last date.

Candidates who have a ITI pass (National Trade Certificate) is eligible to apply for the posts on the official website of the railways – nwr.indianrailways.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

You must have a National Trade Certificate (NCT) in the specific trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) / State Council for Vocational Training(SCVT) and scored a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Class 10. An application fee of Rs. 100 is levied on all candidates except SC/ST, PwBd and women.

Age limit

Candidates should not be more than 24 years of age. Age relaxations available for different categories of candidates.

Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates get up to 5 years age relax and three years to OBC candidates. 10 year relaxation is available for persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBd).

The section of the candidates will be based on the merit list which will be prepared according to the marks in Class 10 and Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate. The final merit list is prepared Division/unit wise, trade wise and community wise.

Selected candidates will be called to their divisions/units for medical examination and document verification.

The registration number candidates receive at the time of filling the application will be used for engagement process/correspondence with Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC).

Step-1: Visit the official website of RRC Jaipur- rrcjaipur.in.

Step-2: Click on “Online/E-Application” under the “Apprentice 04/2025” section on the homepage.

Step-3: Register and Fill in the application form.

Step-4: Download and save the application form for future reference.
