The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the official notification for the recruitment examination for the police constable posts. Candidates who have passed the Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group-C posts can apply for the recruitment drive for the police constable position through the link given at the official website of HSSC that is hssc.gov.in.
Important Dates
According to the official notification, the application window will formally open on January 11, 2026 and will close on January 25, 2026.
The admit card release date and the examination date will be announced at a later date.
Vacancy Details
As per the notification , a total of 5,500 vacancies will be filled for the constable post. Out of which, 4,500 vacancies are for male constables, 600 for female, and 400 for GRP constables.
Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be carried out through

- Document verification
- Medical check up
After the passing each stage the candidate will be added to a merit list.
