The deadline for the RITES Apprentices recruitment is ending shortly. The candidates who want to apply but have not applied yet can apply online on or before December 20.
As per the notification, Apprentices will be engaged for one year Apprenticeship Training Programme for FY 2023-24 form Degree (Engineering/ Non-Engineering), Diploma and ITI Pass-out candidates, during the period of Apprenticeship, the candidates will be governed by the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time) and commensurate policies/rules of the organisation.

- Total number of posts: 257
- Graduate Apprentice: 160
- Diploma Apprentice: 28
- Trade Apprentice (ITI Pass): 69
Essential/Prescribed qualification:
Graduate Apprentice:
- Engineering Degree (BE/B.Tech) (four year full-time degree)
- Non-Engineering Graduate (BA/BBA/B.Com) (three years graduation)
Diploma Apprentice:
- Engineering Diploma (three years full-time Engineering Diploma)
Trade Apprentice (ITI Pass):
- ITI Pass-out (full time)
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice: Rs 14,000.
- Diploma Apprentice: Rs 12,000.
- Trade Apprentice (ITI Pass): Rs 10,000.
Selection Criteria:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the merit list formed on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification applicable to the respective trade. There will be NO written test or interview. In case of two applicants are having same marks, the applicant having older age shall be considered first.
How to apply:
- Engineering Degree / Diploma candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal i.e., https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php ; and ITI Pass or Graduate BA/BBA/B.Com pass candidates must be registered on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal i.e., apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
