Yohani’s viral song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ gets an American twist; Watch

The viral song ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ of Yohani Diloka de Silva, popularly known as Yohani, has won the hearts of crores of people.

Hundreds of people also have done different versions of the viral song. While some are dancing to it, some others are enjoying singing it.

Now, the American version of the song has gone viral. A video of Eric Henry Heinrichs, an American singer, given his own twist to ‘Manike Mage Hithe.’

“Original song by Satheeshan Rathnayaka and Yohani! Hope y’all enjoy this cover,” read the caption of the 2.31-minute long song video which was posted by Eric Heinrichs on his YouTube page.

In the viral video, Eric Heinrichs can be seen singing the Sinhala song by combining it with some English ones.  A rap against the background of a beach and railway tracks was also added by Eric.

Hundreds of social media users also were amazed by Eric’s song. Besides, they liked and some of them even shared it on different social media platforms.
