Watch: Ukrainians feed Russian soldier, help him to speak with mother in a heartwarming viral video

Amid the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, a heart-touching video of a Russian soldier has gone viral. The Russian soldiers have killed several of their countrymen and destroyed almost everything of their but the heart of the people of Ukraine is still filled with love and forgiveness.

Matthew Luxmoore, the reporter of The Wall Street Journal, has shared the video on his Twitter handle which shows that humanity is beyond enmity. “Video shared on Ukrainian channels of a captured Russian soldier apparently being fed by locals. The post says he burst into tears when he was allowed to video-call his mother. So many of these troops are just teenagers, with absolutely no clue what this war is really for,” he wrote while sharing the video.

In the viral video, it can be seen a Russian soldier is surrendered by a group of Ukrainians in Novy Bug. He is offered pastries and drinks by the Ukrainians after he surrendered himself.

In the clip, a woman also can be seen holding a phone for the soldier, who, as per a report, tearfully speaks with his mother.
