Madhya Pradesh: A jaw-dropping video has gone viral from Madhya Pradesh’s Kanha Tiger Reserve, which shows a battle between two male tigers. The fight at the Sarhi zone in the reserve was caught on camera by a tourist which lasted for 26 seconds. Since then, this video has gone viral and captured the imagination of wildlife enthusiasts and netizens around the world.
Ravindra Mani Tripathi, Field Director of Kanha Tiger Reserve, said that the video was recorded on 27th January. Tripathi described the scene as “a battle between two titans” while sharing the clip on social media. The two tigers showed deep fierceness in fighting each other until one of them conceded defeat, hence bringing an end to the intense confrontation.
Kanha Tiger Reserve officers confirmed the authenticity of the video, which has been widely shared and viewed. The Mandla-based reserve is the largest national park in Madhya Pradesh, standing out among others due to the lavishness of animals, including the ever-magnificent Bengal tiger.
