Kannauj (UP): In an interesting video that has gone viral shows an Uttar Pradesh school converts classroom into swimming pool as temperature soar. With the mercury rising with each passing day, a government primary school in Kannauj converted one of its classrooms into a swimming pool.
The school claimed that, this would help students beat the heat and also increase the number of students attending the school. The principal said that since private schools have lot of money and resources they can make swimming pools.
But with limited resources, the school has done this to attract students during the heat and the harvesting season. There has been a surge in attendance post this facility. The teachers of the school too are happy with this development.
However after the video went viral, there was mixed reaction among people on the internet. A few people have praised the move and few others have criticized it. Here are a few reactions:

A few users said that it was a very bad step. A user called Anup Sharma said, “Kids are allowed to play in dirty water and is never meant for swimming. Who will be responsible for the affections they get with wet clothes and dirty water?”
A user by the name of T-72 requested the government and said, “build them pool if necessary this is yuck.”
