A video of a couple performing a bike stunt on the Noida-Greater Noida expressway has gone viral on social media, drawing widespread outrage.
The clip shows a woman seated in the front of the ride, hugging him while the motorcycle speeds along the expressway. Shockingly, neither of them is seen wearing a helmet and the bike’s registration number is clearly visible in the video. The couple were in a compromising situation which made them look obscene and vulgar as well.
Captured by passengers in a passing car, the video of the Noida couple on bike quickly gained attention online with many social media users criticizing the couple for their reckless behaviour.
As the video circulated widely, Noida Traffic Police took swift action by issuing an e-challan of ₹53,000 to the registered owner of the bike for multiple violations under the Motor Vehicles Act.
The police late confirmed the penalty through an official post on X (formerly twitter) and have launched efforts to trace the man, who was seen riding the bike.
The incident has sparked debate on social media about road safety and reckless driving on highway.
