Watch: 6 people seen riding 1 scooter in viral video, Mumbai Traffic Police responds

People in India often break Traffic rules either by not wearing a helmet or by driving the vehicles beyond its capacity. In a similar light, a video of six people blatantly and dangerously riding a scooter is going viral on the Internet.

Shared on Twitter by Ramandeep Singh Hora, the video shows a group of six people riding one scooter near Star Bazaar in Andheri West.

In the video,  five people can be seen sitting on a scooter while one person crouches on the shoulders of a man riding the pillion of the scooter.

Ramandeep shares the video along with a caption that reads, “Heights of Fukra Panti 6 people on one scooter.” He also tags Mumbai Traffic Police and Commissioner of Police in his Tweet.

Later, Mumbai Traffic Police reacted to the matter and requested the user to provide exact location details for further action.

The clip has so far garnered more than 68.6k views and tons of reactions from netizens. The video has also started a debate on social media about tightening the traffic rules for these kinds of violators.

After inquiring about the matter, traffic followed up with an assurance of forwarding the matter to the concerned police station in the area.
