Tragic end for snake Messiah: Samastipur snake rescuer bitten by the venom
In a tragic incident, a man from Samastipur known as messiah of snake lost his life on Thursday, read to know how he died.
While many people are afraid of snakes and never dare to go near them. This man from Bihar rescues the most poisonous snakes with his bare hands. Rescuing snakes was just a cakewalk for him. His videos went viral on social media. It seemed as if he was friends with snakes. He was also called as messiah of snakes. But, tragedy struck when Samastipur man died after getting bitten by a snake.
Jai Kumar Sahni, Harpur Bhindi Ward No.3 of Tajpur in Samastipur died after being bitten by a poisonous snake. He was known as messiah of snakes in the entire district.
His videos of catching and playing with snakes were quite popular on social media. It is said that he has rescued more than 2000 snakes till date. The incident happened on Thursday, when he got a call from a nearby village who had spotted a poisonous snake. Jai immediately rushed to the spot to recue it. While rescuing, the snake bit the Samastipur Man on the right thumb due to which he died.
After the incident his health started deteriorating. He was admitted to a local hospital where he was transferred to the Sadar hospital. After reaching the hospital, the doctors declared him dead. The doctors said that the poison had already spread throughout his entire body before reaching hospital.
The entire district and also many people on social media are mourning the death of ‘messiah of snakes’.
