An elephant living in Rameswaram temple gets a bob haircut. Sengamalam is famous and known for her unique hairstyle and friendly nature.
In a video going viral on social media, an elephant from Tamil Nadu who lives at the Rajagopalaswamy temple in the town of Mannargudi has got a bob haircut and the internet has loved it.
Elephant was brought to the Rajagopalaswamy temple from Kerala in 2003. Since then the priest has been taking care of the elephant. The elephant is lovingly called as Sengalam. She is also famously known as, “Bob-cut Sengalam.” She even has a huge fan club just for her hairstyle.
Sengalam has been trending before for her unique hairstyle. Her mahout S rajagopal is responsible for her unique fringed hairstyle. Bob-cut Sengamalam’s unique look has won her a number of fans and admirers, and her pics are also often shared on social media by visitors to the temple.
Many people share clips and pictures of Sengamalam all the time. From her bathing, to maintaing her hairstyle it’s all taken care of. Recently, a video of bob haircut elephant was shared on social media. The video has more than six million likes and thousands of comments flooded in.
One user commented, “My mom before sending me to school.” Another social media user wrote, “Bro looks like manny from Ice Age.” Meanwhile third user told that she has met sengamalam in Rameshwaram temple and it looks beautiful in real life.
