People on road scared, hide themselves when a girl learning scooty, watch

A video has surfaced on social media in which we can see that people on road are scared to see a girl learning scooty. Although people have mentioned in the comment that this is an exaggeration others have given mixed reactions.
The video clip was uploaded to Instagram by user arbaz.khan_91 on May 13, 2023 and within a couple of days the reel has so far garnered a huge 3,063,827 likes.
We can see in the video that people are normally riding their respective vehicles on a road. After sometime all of them get scared and they hide themselves behind something. A young bike rider gets down from his vehicle and hides by the side of his bike while a car driver gets down from his vehicle and runs towards a tree to hide behind its trunk. Similarly, other commuters also hide to keep them safe from a road mishap.
Within no time it is seen that a girl is learning scooty. She is riding the scooty while a boy is sitting behind her as the pillion rider to guide her how to balance the vehicle. The scooty then moves ahead and all the people who were hiding, get relaxed. They then again ride their respective vehicles and move away.
Besides a huge number of likes, the reel has also received a number of interesting comments.
