A turning point came when a user shared an edited video of the K-pop group BTS dancing to the catchy tune. Then it got viral and became a wider trend.
As the footage shows, a group of nursery teacher were attending a training session in a school classroom. They were asked to sing the viral song aaha tamatar. The group of teacher were seen singing the song with hand movements. This video was posted by an account holder named Dr Nitin Sshakya on Instagram. He wrote the caption as “Nursery teachers getting excellent training,” with clapping emoji.
Soon after posting the video went viral on social media. The post was met with a wave of negative comments for using that song in a educational institution accusing the training session of trivialising education and being a “real tamasha”.
