Man Turns His Tata Nano Into A Helicopter, Rents For Weddings

When we talk about Jugaad in our life, Indians are the best at it. During the weddings season, the bride and the groom plan grand entry at their wedding venues by arriving on chariots, rotating platforms, with dancers dancing at their side and even on helicopter.

Hiring a helicopter is like a dream for middle-class families, who cannot afford at the wedding function. In such a situation, a bright-minded mechanic cum artist from Bagaha, Bihar Guddu Sharma thought of some jugaad and made the decision to turn a Tata Nano into a helicopter so that other grooms can hire for their weddings.

Guddu Sharma decided to spend Rs 2 lakh of his own money to turn the Nano into a helicopter, he apparently used certain sensors to prepare the car.

His creative invention has already been a hit as 19 people have already booked it. The helicopter is hired to prospective grooms at a price of Rs 15,000.

“In the era of Digital India, this invention is a living example of self-reliant India. More than one and a half lakh rupees are required in making such a ‘helicopter’, whereas it will cost more than two lakh rupees to give it a hi-tech appearance. Its rent is Rs 15,000,” said Guddu Sharma.

Earlier, a man from Chhapra village, Mithilesh Prasad who wished to become a pilot, but was not able to pursue it, converted his mano car into a helicopter. He customised his car with a helicopter look by adding rotor blade, a tail boom and a rotor mast.
