In a shocking video surfacing online, a footage from Delhi metro has gone viral. A snake was spotted inside the women’s coach of Delhi metro. Soon chaos prevailed in the coach with women climbing on the seats.
The snake cannot be seen in the video, but the visible panic among the women indicates the possibility of the reptile. The Delhi metro is famous for people making reels and for the ‘public display of affection’ between young couples, but spotting a snake was something else.
The official statement of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is awaited.
Netizens have taken the chance to make the most out of the situation by generating some hilarious comments. One user wrote, “Are bhai usko bhi kahin jaana hoga why so panicking” (Oh brother! He too might be having to go somewhere, why so (much) panicking).
A second user wrote, “wild card entry”. Another one commented, “Har roz naya natak… Yahi to Delhi metro ki pehchaan hai” (A new drama everyday.. this is the identity of Delhi metro).
Another user stated that she was an eye-witness and some spread a rumour after mistaking a lizard for a snake. However, whether it was a genuine statement or a sarcastic one is not known.
