As per report, every employee working in Booyoung group of company will receive mind blowing rewards for giving birth to a new generation. Any worker of Booyoung company will get 100 million Korean won ( nearly 62.34 lakh Indian rupees) for bearing a child. Company allotted a budget of 43.6 core rupees for this Baby-Blooming policy. The company has already provided financial gifts to over 70 children till 2021. This is a gender neutral scheme. Both male and female workers can get benefited from it.
