As the Internet and computers took over typewriters and paper files, working 24*7 became common and with this maintaining work-life balance became. Every file and information at fingertips, the employees have to be on their toes to get things done irrespective of the time of the day whether they are in the four walls of their office cubicle or in the comfort of their homes.
