IIT Dhanbad students turned a dustbin into a rocket by using firecrackers as part of their unique Diwali celebrations this year. The bizarre firecracker stunt has gone viral with over 6 million likes. The video showcasing their lively celebration is widely spreading in social media platforms.
The viral video shows the students of the hostel lighting a firecracker and placing it under a plastic drum or dustbin. They they dispersed hurriedly while all of this is being filmed by another from a higher floor. Soon after the firecracker explodes with a boom and sends the drum soaring into the air. The drum reaches nearly above the four-story boys’ hostel building.
This seems to have amused the boys very much who were heard cheering in the background. Then the drum falls to the ground. This act seems to bring the excitement of the firecracker into a higher level.
