Dharmagarh: A case of extra marital affair has seriously gone wrong in Kalahandi district of Odisha recently.
A man visited his married lover’s house at night to spend some romantic moment taking opportunity of her husband’s absent. Yet, the romantic planning of this extra marital affair went seriously wrong as the villagers caught the lover birds and taught them a lesson.
The incident took place in the Merghara village under Dharmagarh Police Station limits of the district.
As per reports, after getting a secret information from his lover about her husband’s absence at home, the lover boy went to the house of her loving woman at night. However, the villagers were ready for this. As they saw the lover went inside the house, they locked the house from outside.
Now, the lover boy did not find any other way to get out of the house. The villagers opened the door in the morning and paraded the lover couple along the roads of the village. Not only that they tied the man and woman together with a rope and also allegedly thrashed them with slippers and shoes. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
A case has reportedly been lodged at the Dharmagarh Police Station in this matter and Police investigation is underway.
