Union Home Minister Amit Shah to visit Odisha by December end

Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will come to Odisha yet again and this time on a two-day visit to attend different programmes in Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur.

Bhubaneswar: Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will come to Odisha yet again and this time on a two-day visit to attend different programmes in Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur.

According to sources, Shah is expected to come on December 29 and take part in a party event in Bhubaneswar and official events in Sambalpur district.

As informed by Sambalpur MLA Jayanarayan Mishra and former Rengali legislator Nauri Nayak, the Union Home Minister is likely to attend a training programme of the party MLAs in Bhubaneswar on December 29 and visit Sambalpur on the following day.

The Sambalpur MLA said that though not all the programme of the Union Home Minister has been finalized, but two programmes have been confirmed, this includes the inauguration of the Super Speciality Hospital in Burla and visit to the famous Samaleswari Temple in Sambalpur.

Shah will also pay his tributes to freedom fighters Veer Surendra Sai and Chhabila Sai at Kudapali and launch a book on the life history of Chhabila Sai.

Last he had visit the State on November 29 to inaugurate the 59th DGs and IGs conference at Lok Seva Bhawan in Bhubaneswar.
