Truck accident in Kalinga Ghati of Kandhamal district: 3 critically injured, hospitalized

G Udaygiri: A truck carrying equipment met with an accident in Kalinga Ghati, falling into a gorge under the G. Udayagiri police station limits in Kandhamal district of Odisha in the wee hours of today.
As per information, the equipment laden vehicle was en route from Kandhamal to Bhanjanagar when the accident occurred, leaving three people, including the driver, critically injured.
Locals and fire department personnel quickly reached the spot and rescued the injured, admitting them to Tikabali and G. Udayagiri hospitals for treatment.
Following the accident, Police arrived at the scene and rescued the injured.Police have initiated an investigation.
