Dr. Samanta received tremendous response in the region. In Bhawanipatna, he was taken at a huge procession and felicited by the tribals, who braved the scorching heat to get a glimpse of him.
“Real India lies in its villages. Development of India has to begin right from the villages, which is the true symbol of inclusive development. As a part of our ongoing campaign “Nua Mana Nua Sapana, Gaon ku Chalo Abhiyaan”, I join you people, said Dr. Samanta.
After interacting with villagers as well as parents & guardians of KISS students in the tribal districts, Dr. Samanta felt overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and affection that people showered on him.
KIIT and KISS have been organising various programmes of tree plantation and swachh bharat abhiyaan across all 30 districts in Odisha from June 1 to June 6.
