Special arrangements for divyang devotees in Puri Jaganath temple, check details
Puri: Divyang devotees can now visit Puri Jagannath Temple with ease, said reliable reports in this regard on Wednesday. Detachable ramps will be arranged near the inner door of the shrine.
It is worth mentioning that, this detachable ramp model has been displayed by Odisha Setu Construction Corporation or OBCC. Similarly, Puri District Collector Siddharth Shankar informed that plans are being made to arrange darshan for Divyang devotees at a particular time during the day.
Systematic arrangement is being planned for the Anand Bazar (place where prasad is sold) of Srimandir and some special arrangements are being made for disciplined darshan of Lord Jagannath and his siblings.
This was discussed in the management committee meeting held on August 30. Emphasis shall placed on the disciplined darshan of the devotees. Further, special lines will be arranged for women, small children and old people.
