Shocking! Married restaurant owner elopes with her Odia lover, reaches Baripada
Baripada: In a shocking incident that seems fresh out of a Bollywood movie, a married restaurant owner eloped with her Odisha based lover and travelled all the way to his home in Baripada of Mayurbhanj. The lover was reportedly an employee in her restaurant.
According to reports, the restaurant employee fell in love with the owner. The two decided to elope and from Bengaluru in Karnataka they reached Mayurbhanj in Odisha. The woman’s husband and brother reached Baripada from Bengaluru to take her back. A young man who is from Baripada worked in a restaurant owned by the woman in Bengaluru. He has been accused of bringing the woman to Baripada by enticing her.
The woman’s husband and brother later reached Baripada with their 7-year-old daughter in tow to take back the woman. On the other hand the Baripada Town Police Station registered a case of kidnapping and started an investigation.
The woman allegedly owned a restaurant called Arvian Restaurant in Koramangala area of suburban Bengaluru. The young man from Tulsi area of Baripada city was working there. According to the allegation of the family of the restaurant owner, he enticed the woman and brought her to Baripada for the purpose of marriage.
On the other hand it is worth mentioning that, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the Bajrang Dal members protested in front of the police station demanding that the woman be returned to her family at the earliest. The police investigation is underway and a detailed report is awaited in this matter.
