Jharsuguda: In a shocking incident, three bodies of a family was found on a playground in Jharsuguda district of Odisha, said reports on Thursday.
According to reports, the dead bodies were found on a playground near Banipahada in Lakhanpur area of Jharsuguda. The deceased are said to be residents of Kalinagar area in Brajrajnagar under Orient police station limits.
The locals spotted the bodies and informed the authorities. The local police reached the spot and estimated that the bodies of the deceased belong to one family.
However it is worth mentioning that, the reason of the death is yet to be ascertained. The police is investigating into the matter. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered by the police and sent for postmortem. The cause and time of the death will be ascertained after the postmortem report is obtained.
The locals ate in a state of shock after the incident, said reports. Detailed investigation is underway. Sources say that, the bodies may be that of a man, his wife and his daughter. Detailed reports awaited.
