Bhubaneswar: People got relief from heat after rainfall in various places of Odisha including the capital city Bhubaneswar. It has been raining since morning.
Warning issued for several districts for rain with thunderstorms. Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms will occur in various places in Dhenkanal, Cuttack, Khurda, Kendrapara and Jagatsinghpur districts. Yellow warning has been issued for this.
Rainfall started in various places in the state since yesterday. Yesterday, there was rain in Cuttack, Jajpur, Keonjhar and other districts. There was strong wind with rain.
There is a possibility of rain with thunderstorms in some places in the state till the 23rd of February, the Regional Meteorological Center has predicted. There will be rain due to the western storm (western disturbance or WD) and the trough line. Especially north Odisha will get abundant rain.
