Puri Srimandira to be closed for devotees for 5 hours today for Paitalagi niti

It has also been learnt that the ongoing repair, preservation and renovation work of the Ratnabhandar will be temporarily stopped for 4 days starting from today to 24th April.

Puri: Srimandira, the famous Lord Jagannath temple in Puri of Odisha will be closed for devotees for five hours today in the evening. During this five hour devotees will not be allowed to get darshan of the deities for the Paitalagi niti.

As informed by the temple administration, today that is on Monday, the Paitalagi ritual will be executed for the deities in Srimandira in the evening hours. Hence, no devotees will be allowed for darshan of the deities in this 5 hours starting from 5 pm to 10 pm.

After completion of the second Bhogamandapa, public darshan will be closed from 5 pm to 10 pm.

It has also been learnt that the ongoing repair, preservation and renovation work of the Ratnabhandar will be temporarily stopped for 4 days starting from 21st April to 24th April.
