Puri: Queue system of darshan in Srimandir postponed to January 20
The queued darshan that was scheduled to be in place from January 1, 2025 has been postponed to January 20, 2025 for New Year rush.
NPuri: Ahead of the New Year 2025, uncontrollable crowd of devotees can be witnessed in the Puri Srimandir. The queue system of darshan (dhadi darshan) will be place from January 20, 2025 informed Prithviraj Harichandan, Minister of Law.
Arrangements for the devotees have been done for safe and smooth darshan. In the Srimandir corridor, fans, cooler and drinking water facilities have been arranged. Water sprays will be done to relieve the congestion of crowd. Ramps have been set for the specially abled.
Queue system have been arranged till the market square. The government is at its toes for the smooth darshan. As the crowd for the New Year is uncontrollable the queue system of darshan that was scheduled for January 1 has been postponed to Januaary 20 informed law Minister.
