Cuttack: Plot application for Cuttack’s historic Bali Yatra begins today. Bali Yatra plot allocation will be done through auction.

Applications for plots can be submitted both online and offline till October 9. The auction process will begin on October 13.

While there is online application facility on the Bali Yatra website, arrangements have been made for offline at Barabati Palace. Applications can be submitted between 11 am and 5 pm and registration forms can be received. Application forms will be available for Rs 100.

A person can apply for a maximum of 3 plots. The initial registration amount per plot is Rs 5,000. If there are multiple applications for a plot, it will be auctioned. The auction process has been set at a minimum of Rs 40, Rs 50 and Rs 60 for plots in three categories.

After the registration is completed, the allotment through auction will start from October 13. In addition, special rates have been fixed for food stalls. It is reported that small traders will be provided with space up to 80 square feet at a price of Rs 1500.

The district administration has decided to organize the Bali Yatra only in the lower Bali Yatra ground this year. As many as 1670 stalls are being constructed for traders on an area of ​​60 acres in the lower ground. Complete details are available on the website http://cuttack.odisha.gov.in.
