Odisha’s Khurda Declared As Covid-19 Hotspot, Among 123 Such Districts In India

Bhubaneswar: The Khurda district of Odisha has been categorized as a Covid-19 hotspot by Government of India in its latest report.

Khurda detected with 46 positive cases (37 active cases) has been categorized as hotspot district with large outbreaks of coronavirus. It is among 123 such districts of the country.

Bhadrak has also been declared as hotspot dist with clusters. It has reported 3 positive cases. Bhadrak is among the 47 “hotspot districts with clusters” of the country.

7 other districts namely: Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kendrapara, Puri and Sundargarh have been  mentioned as non-hotspot reporting districts.
